Welcome to Tetbury Rugby Club

Our senior team currently play in Highbridge Jewellers Gloucestershire 2.

Our home matches are played at the Rec. in Tetbury (click here for a map), kicking off at 3pm (2.30pm in winter hours.) All are welcome to come along and support their local team. The bar is always open.

We have a very poplular minis section that trains and plays on Sunday mornings. See the Minis site on the left menu for more details.

End of Season Gentleman’s Club Dinner & Award Night– 7th June

Venue:  The Coach House, The Ormond, Long Street, Tetbury

Food: Three Course Meal

Dresscode: Club Tie and Collar

Cost: £25 Bargain!

The Dinner is open to all players, vice-presidents and male social members.

Al Le Good’s Tetbury Send Off

Al for some reason wants to leave Blighty and head back to warmer weather on the East Coast of Australia. Before he does, Al wants to invite all players and supporters to join him with a farewell drink or seven in Tetbury. Get in touch with the usual suspects for the venue.

Malmesbury Touch Rugby – 7th June

Wednesday Nights 6pm-8pm

2 Pitches, 6 Matches per night (1st match starts at 6:20pm)

Referee Course:  10th – 11th May £40

The GRFU are running a Referee course at the Recreation Ground over the weekend of the 10th / 11th May.

There are some places available, details are available on the Clubhouse Notice board.

Woolsack Race – Team Members needed!

We are keen to win back the title from Avonvale Utd FC this year and are looking for members to run the race this year,

Ideally we are looking at entering two teams.

So far Josh Jenson has nominated himself, James Berry, Martin Holloway and Chris Jones as the first team.

Please let either Si, Martin or myself know if you are interested in setting up a team to compete with Josh :-P
